Does microneedling hurt?
We apply a topical lidocaine anaesthetic 45–60 minutes before treatment to keep the procedure comfortable. Most clients describe mild pressure, not pain.
How many sessions will I need?
A full corrective course is typically 3 to 6 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart, depending on your skin concern and depth of treatment.
What's the downtime?
Redness (erythema) typically clears within 24 to 48 hours. Most clients return to normal activities the next day.
Who shouldn't get microneedling?
Microneedling isn't suitable if you have active pustular acne, eczema, rosacea, or a history of keloid scarring. This is assessed during your free consultation.
How is this different from an at-home dermaroller?
